When the landscapers tore down my old patio cover, we discovered that it had been improperly tied into the roof, causing water damage. I got a bunch of estimates for patching or replacing my asphalt shingle roof, and the pricing was all over the place. Billy impressed me initially by how quickly he came out to give the estimate, and then again when he pointed out an issue on the addition that none of the others had mentioned. The quote was very reasonable, and Billy found a way to work with my tight schedule (since the landscapers were waiting on the roof to finish). The tear down and re-shingling were quick and efficient, and the new roof looks great. In addition to replacing damaged wood, the team also installed fascia board in a couple of areas where they were missing. After the work was done, Billy came back to check everything and make sure all the little details were taken care of. I feel like I got great value for my money.
